    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 cup fresh parsley, rough chop
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. extra virgin oilive oil
    3 Tbsp. tahini paste
    1/2 tsp. cayenne
    2 tsp. cumin
    dash salt


Directions

Process, blend or mash unitl mixed thoroughly. Makes 6 1/2 cup servings.
