Introduction

This is a yummy fool-proof bread that works great for sandwiches and toast. This is a yummy fool-proof bread that works great for sandwiches and toast.
Number of Servings: 64

Ingredients

    2 pkgs. yeast (plus amount of sugar the yeast says to use-check your package)
    1/2 cup water
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 quart water
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tbsp.salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup oil
    10-15cups whole wheat flour (nutrition is calculated using 14 cups)

Directions

Prepare yeast as directed. with the 1/2 cup water and the 2 tsp. sugar. Beat eggs and add the sugar, salt, oil, and water. Mix in flour and knead very well. Let rise for about an hour and punch down. Shape into loaves and place into loaf pans. Let rise for about 1/2 hour. Bake at 375F for one hour
