Ingredients

    1/2 package frozen corn (or 1 Can mexican corn, drained)
    1 14 oz can cream corn
    3/4 C water
    1 6 oz package corn bread mix
    1/4 C butter

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl
2. Mix well
3. Pour into greased 8x8 inch pan
4. Cover with foil
5. Bake 350* about 90 minutes or until most of the moisture is absorved.
6. Serve
Can also be made in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or until set

    Incredible!
    I was skeptical about this recipe because it didn't contain egg, so I was worried about it setting up. But it came out wonderful. However, it didn't need a full 90 minutes of baking. I baked it for one hour covered and 10 minutes uncovered and added a few teaspoons of sugar to the mix. Delicious. - 10/20/18
