I was skeptical about this recipe because it didn't contain egg, so I was worried about it setting up. But it came out wonderful. However, it didn't need a full 90 minutes of baking. I baked it for one hour covered and 10 minutes uncovered and added a few teaspoons of sugar to the mix. Delicious.
