Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I will try this recipe but substitute low sodium chicken broth or stock for the regular stock.
the chicken broth probably added all that sodium. I made my own and didn't add salt. Don't know what the count is on it now.
My mother always made the stuffing for Thanksgiving. She also used two sticks of butter. This year I made the stuffing without all the fat. I also did not use the mushroom, my sons do not like their texture. It was still a great recipe.
