Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups wheat bran
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup white grape juice concentrate
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 /12 cups blueberries

Directions

Boil water. Add fiber and allow to sit 10 minutes. Stir in flour baking powder salt juice and fruit. Scoop into 12 muffin cups with paper liners. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes

    Poop. A recipe using flour in an effort to replicate a recipe which uses NO flour = cheating. What's worst is you don't even disclose HOW MUCH water to use to parcook the bran. "Boil water" you say. Uh, hello??? HOW MUCH? - 7/31/12
