Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 4 large (or egg substitute)
    Milk, 1%, 0.5 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    6 slices of whole wheat bread

Directions

Mix all of the ingrediants in a large bowl (except the bread)
Dip the bread in the mixture then apply directly to a nonstick skillet on medium heat.
Cook on both sides and enjoy.
I usually eat with fruit and some turkey sausage.

    had this for dinner for a special treat. kids loved it, and my husband and I enjoyed it too, super simple and used the George foreman to cook it, added cinnamon - 12/10/09
