Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Approx. 3.5 lbs of chicken. (recipe calculated for 2 lbs breast tenderloin, and 8 boneless, skineless thights)
    3Tbsp ground ginger
    3 tbsp coriander
    1 tbsp ground cumin
    1 tbsp paprika
    1 tbsp pepper
    2 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp turmeric
    1 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp cloves
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    6oz plain yogurt
    6oz greek yogurt
    1oz lemon juice

Directions

Mix spices completely with yogurt and lemon juice. Pour into gallon zip lock back, or nonreactive bowl. Add chicken. Coat well. Let marinate over night.
Put chicken and half the marinade in a baking dish, in the oven. Half way through, flip chicken and add other half of marinade.

You can also cook over the grill, after shaking most of the marinade off to avoid drip fires.
