    6 Hardboiled eggs, mashed
    1 small green onion (or large to your taste)
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper (black)
    1/2 cup of Miracle Whip (switch for light, if you like)
    Flax whole grain bread (Dempsters), 14 slices


Mix eggs, onion, paprika and pepper with Miracle Whip. Spread lightly on slices of bread to make a sandwich. Enjoy. Can substitute other ingredients (ie. Light Miracle Whip). Makes a quick and easy lunch, especially when made ahead!
