Introduction

This is a dish handed down from my mother. I was a picky eater as a child so this was perfect for me. We have been cooking this in our family for 30+ years. She very well could have gotten it from a recipe book, but I am unsure which one. This is a dish handed down from my mother. I was a picky eater as a child so this was perfect for me. We have been cooking this in our family for 30+ years. She very well could have gotten it from a recipe book, but I am unsure which one.

Ingredients

    3 chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
    8 oz sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 can of water
    1 sleeve ritz crackers (crushed into crumbs)
    1 stick butter

Directions

Boil chicken breast until white and tender. Tear chicken breast apart in "bite size" strips. Mix chicken, soup, water, and sour cream in casserole dish. Cook for 20 minutes on 350 degrees. In seperate dish melt butter then add Ritz cracker crumbs. Remove casserole from oven, sprinkle cracker/butter mixture on top of casserole. Place back in oven until golden brown (@10 min)
