Ingredients

    4 skinless boneless, skinless chicken breast halves cut into small pieces
    0.5 cup chopped red pepper
    1 cup chopped broccoli
    0.5 cup low fat Italian dressing
    1 tsp ginger
    0.25 cup lite soy sauce

Directions

mix soy sauce, Italian dressing and ginger in bowl. Add chicken, pepper, and broccoli.
marinate 20-30 minutes and grill or place all in pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. serve with rice. Makes 4 servings
