Introduction

My delicious version of guacamole derived from several great recipes and my last trip to Mexico. My delicious version of guacamole derived from several great recipes and my last trip to Mexico.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 ripe avocados, diced*
    1 cup white or yellow onions, diced
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (med. or fine chop, per preference)
    2 to 3 tbsp lime juice to taste
    1 tsp salt
    2 cups tomatoes, diced

Directions

*Sprinkle lime juice onto avocados while chopping to prevent browning.

Combine avocados, onions, cilantro, lime juice and salt. Mash together, leaving the avocados a little chunky. Add tomatoes and stir to combine. Taste, add salt or lime juice as needed for a stronger flavor.

Serve with chips.

Makes approx. 8 servings.
