Introduction

Ingredients

    3tbsp Oregano
    2 tbsp Bsil
    1 tsp Janes Crazy mixed-up salt
    3 cloves garlic
    1.5 cups chopped poratbella mushrooms
    1 chopped vidalia onion
    1 tbsp olive oil
    9 oz extra lean ground turkey
    9 oz ground pork
    1.2 cup ricotta cheese
    1.25 cup marinara sauce (lower sodium)
    4 oz 2% milk ricotta cheese
    4 servings whole wheat fussili

Directions

Saute the mushrooms, onions and meats in olive oil add the garlic and saute for an additional 1 min. Drain excess oil and mix with sauce and ricotta cheese. Line the bottom of a Corning ware dish with this mixture. Add spices and mix. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add 4 servings of whole wheat pasta. Cook for 2-3 min less than the recommended cook time. Drain water and add to the Corningware dish mixing well. sprinkle grated mozzarella over the top cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30-45 min.
