Introduction

I like this without, but they say you can put dried coconut and pineapple on top. I like this without, but they say you can put dried coconut and pineapple on top.

Ingredients

    1 lb Chopped Chicken Breast
    2 Tbsp Vegitable Oil
    1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
    1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
    1 Tbsp Flour
    1 Cup Chicken Broth
    1 Cup Tomatoe Juice
    2 Tbsp Curry Powder
    Salt & Pepper
    4 Cups Cooked Rice

Directions

-Cut Chicken into bite-size pieces and boil. Start cooking rice as called for.
-In a medium pan, heat 2 Tbsp vegitable oi.
-Brown Onion and Celery in pan.
-Add 1 Tbsp flour and brown.
-Then add chicken broth and remove all clumps from bottom of the pan. (Stir constantly)
-Add tomatoe juice, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
-Let thicken
-Add chicken, let cook for a couple of minutes.

-Place curry on or beside rice and serve.
