Ingredients

    1 chicken breast - boneless and skinless
    1 can (10.75oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 bag (5 cups) Bird's Eye Mixed Vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots)
    1 cup dry long-grain brown rice
    1 tbsp butter or cooking spray if preferred
    Water, if needed

Directions

Cube chicken breast and brown in butter.
Add cream of mushroom soup with one can water, mix with browned chicken. Bring soup mixture to near-boil (bubbling).
Add (dry) long-grain brown rice to mixture and cover, let rice cook.
Add veggies to mixture. If needed, add water to thin. Heat till vegetables are at desired temperature.
