Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    16 oz Butterball ground turkey
    1 Cup chopped onion
    1 Tbs chili powder
    1/2 tsp each: salt and cumin
    1 Can (14.5 oz) seasoned diced tomatoes for chili
    1 Can (14.5 oz) black beans, drained
    1 can (14 oz) chicken broth
    1 cup frozen whole kernel corn

Directions

Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat 30 seconds. Add ground turkey and separate into crumbles. Cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Drain

Stir in onion and spices; cook 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, beans, broth and corn. Bring to a low boil; simmer 5 minutes.

Top with sour cream, cheese and cilantro if desired.
