Ingredients

    1 30ounce package frozen hash browns
    1 cup skim milk
    1 dozen eggs
    1.5 cups low fat grated cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon
    1 cup diced green peppers
    1 cup diced onions
    1/2 tsp kosher salt
    black pepper to taste

Directions

Spray crock pot (6 quart) with PAM. Put hash browns in crock pot - break up any chunks. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over hash browns. Cook on low for 8 hours (maybe a little less).
