1.5 servings SPICY HONEY CHICKEN PIECES (3 pieces of chicken)
300 grams Straight to Wok, Noodles
75 grams Red bell peppers
155 grams Green bell peppers
0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
15 gram Spring Onion
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.3 tbsp Honey
0.3 tbsp light soy sauce
Directions
For this version use leftovers or make SPICY HONEY CHICKEN PIECES (sparkrecipes.com for recipe) strip meat from bone and cut into bite size pieces.
Slice green peppers, red peppers and spring onion add olive oil to wok heat for a little while and add onion and red and green peppers to wok and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Add sweetcorn and cook for 5 minutes before adding chicken .
Stir well and cook for further 5 minutes add noodles, soy sauce and honey.
Keep tossing making sure all ingredients are mixed well and that noodles are integrated adding a little water at each stage to prevent burning or sticking and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked.
