Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Eggs
    1 c Buttermilk
    2 T. Enova Oil
    1 tsp Vanilla
    15 packets Truvia Sweetener
    3 T Granulated Sugar
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 c All Purpose Flour
    6 T. Dry Cocoa Powder
    1/4 c Nestle Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

In a large bowl, combine Eggs, Buttermilk, Enova oil, & vanilla. Add Truvia & sugar & mix again.
Add Baking Powder, flour, cocoa powder & mix again.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour into greased muffin tins.
Bake at 350 for 18 minutes. Remove from tins & cool on a rack.
Makes 16 muffins. 1 muffin = 1 serving
