Ingredients

    1 package (16 oz) whole wheat spaghetti
    1 can pink Salmon
    2 tsp garlic -minced
    1/3 cup Olive Oil
    1 Cup chicken broth
    2 tsp. dried parsley(1/4 Cup fresh)
    1/2 tsp. dried cilantro
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper

Directions

cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Meanwhile, saute garlic in olive oil. Stir in canned salmon,broth,parsley,cilantro, lemon pepper,salt, and cayenne. Cook until heated through.
drain spagetti and place onto large shallow bowl; add the salmon mixture and toss to coat.
serves 6

    Note that the nutritional info doesn't include the pasta, so the carbs are signficantly higher. - 1/11/09

    My vegetarian niece & I really liked this. I did add a little salt at the table. My 6 & 9 year old daughters wouldn't try it, but they're not risk takers!
    Cooked some brocoll and tossed it in with it.
