Ingredients

1/4 c fat free mayo
2 Tbsp fat free sour cream
the juice of one lemon (3 Tbsp)
1/4 t ground ginger
Dash of salt and pepper
6 ounces (one cup) cubed cooked chicken breast
1 cup diced celery
1 cup seedless grapes
2 green onions chopped
1 cantaloupe seeded and diced
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Directions
Cook chicken and sett aside.
Combine the may, sour cream, lemon juice, ginger, salt and pepper in small bowl. Set aside
Combine cooked chicken, celery, grapes, green onions, cantaloupe and almonds in large bowl.
Pour mayo mix over chicken mix and stir.
Serve right away or later
