Ingredients

    Four 3-4oz yellowfin tuna steaks, fresh or thawed

    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 tbsp terriyaki sauce and marinade
    1 tbsp ground ginger
    1 tbsp dried parsley
    1 clove minced fresj garlic
    Salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Mix the ingrdients for the marinade in a small mixing bowl. Generously brush both sides of the tuna steaks with the marinade and place in a baking dish. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and place the tuna in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. The fish can be marinaded overnight.

When ready to cook, set the oven to broil. Broil the fish 3 minutes on each side, or until done.
