Ingredients

    Cook veggies except for tomatoes in broth in microwave for 5 minutes
    drain broth and add veggies to all the other ingredients except the ketchup
    mix it up, put it in a loaf pan
    cook it in 350 degree preheated oven until no longer pink (165 degrees) or 55 to 60 minutes (took way less time in a pyrex loaf pan)
