    120 g (1-1/2 cups) old-fashioned rolled oats
    110g (1 cup) oat bran
    60g. (1/2 cup) whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup Skippy Natural peanut butter
    140g. (1 cup) sucanat or brown sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 T. vanilla
    1 cup Hershey's special dark chocolate chips
    80g. (1 cup) coconut


Combine dry ingredients in a bowl; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter and peanut butter. Add sucanat and beat for 1 or 2 minutes. On low speed and eggs and vanilla. Beat just to mix. Stir in dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips and coconut. Drop by cookie scoopfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes or until just done. Makes about 37 cookies.
