Ingredients

    Red ripe tomatoes, about 6 large
    celery, couple stalks
    onion, 1 large
    bouillon cubes, 4
    water, 1/2C
    basil, big handful fresh
    garlic, 1T
    pepper, 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice, 1T
    chipolte tabasco, 1T
    evaporated skim milk
    flour

Directions

Put quartered and cored tomatoes, bouillon cubes, water, basil, garlic, pepper into soup pot and bring to boil. Simmer 60 min. Put in blender and puree. Pour through tomato sieve to remove skins and seeds, and return to pot. Add flour to evap skim milk and blend into hot soup. Heat until thickened. Adjust seasoning with lemon juice, chipolte tabasco and pepper to taste.
