Ingredients

    2 tomatoes (about 1 pound), cored, seeded, and dices
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    2/3 cup fresh corn kernals
    1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
    1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
    2 tbsp chopped flat-leafed parsley
    1 tsp garlic powder
    3 dashes hot pepper sauce
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper

    Tortilla chips for serving

Directions

Stir together all ingredients and let stand for 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve with chips. Serving size is 1/4 cup
