Ingredients

4 tbsp PB2
1 scoop (0.5 oz) aria protein powder (available at trader joe's)
2 tbsp tofutti cream cheese
1/4 cup splenda
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 container (8 oz) cool whip lite
Directions
Makes three 1/2 cup servings
Mix 4 tbsp PB2 with 2 tbsp water until smooth
Mix in 1/4 c splenda, 1 scoop (0.5 oz) aria protein powder, 1/4 c skim milk, and 2 tbsp tofutti cream cheese (approx. 1/4 container) *note- use real reduced-fat cream cheese if you prefer*
After these ingredients are incorporated together, add 1/2 tub cool whip lite and fold in until smooth
Chill in fridge for approx. 1-2 hours before serving.
*If you would rather use real regular peanut butter (1/4 cup), the calories per serving is approx 280.
