Ingredients

    45 - Reduced Fat Nilla Wafers crushed
    2 Tblsps. sugar
    1/4 cup butter melted
    3 cups Perry's Light Vanilla Ice Cream
    1/2 cup Simply Fruit strawberry Spread
    1- 7 1/2 oz. jar of Marshmallow Fluff
    2 Tblsps. 1% milk
    1- 8 oz. Tub Strawberry Flavored Cool Whip
    8- extra Large Strawberries, fanned
    1 Tblsp. Simply Fruit Strawberry Spread- melted

Directions

Remove Ice cream from freezer so it can soften while you are preparing other ingredients.
Crush cookies into fine crumbs,add sugar and mix well, drizzle butter into crumbs and with a fork mix well until all crumbs are moistened with butter, In a 9'" springform pan pat crumbs evenly into bottom of pan ,put into freezer until chilled through.
In microwaveable bowl put fluff and milk, heat for 1 minute on high, Remove and mix until well blended,add thawed cool whip to mixture and continue mixing until well blended and smooth.
Remove pan from freezer, layer softened ice cream on crust, making sure to level it out evenly over the crust, with fork soften the 1/2 cup strawberry spread and layer on top of the ice cream being careful not to mix it in to the Ice cream,you want a to see a red ribbon of the spread when you slice it. carefully layer the marshmallow topping over the fruit spread.Level it out making sure you completely cover all the spread. Freze until it is very firm. Aproximately 6 hours or until firm .Fan the strawberries by keeping the stem on and slicing the strawberries almost to the stem fan the strawberries out. remove pie from pan by sliding a knife around the rim of pan and remove outer ring. put one strawberry on each serving and drizzle melted spread over each serving. Any remaining servings return to freezer.
