Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb Lean Hamburger
    8 cups fat free milk
    1 cup Flour
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Brown hamburger in large sauce pan. DO NOT DRAIN. Add flour and cook stightly. Slowly add in milk stiring constantly. Add Salt andPepper. Cook until thick and raw flour taste is gone.
Serve over toast, fried or mashed potatoes.(not in nutritonal info)
Makes about 12 1 cup servings.

    made this today and it was soooooooooo time consuming, it took well over an hour, i was looking for somethin easy and quick, this was not quick. i subed groung turkey and saved some fat and calories but it was tasteless and blan. - 2/16/10
