Introduction
This is the lighter version of my Tuna Patty Melt recipe. The only difference is that the other recipe includes Kraft Free American Singles and Kraft Light Mayo. Ingredients

2 cans starkist chunk light Tuna in water, drained
2 Egg whites
13 Nabisco Saltine Crackers, crumbled into small pieces
Salt and Pepper to taste
8 slices Bread
Directions
Mix tuna, egg whites, crackers, salt and pepper in small bowl.
Spray nonstick frying pan with cooking spray. Form tuna mixture into 4 patties and place in pan on medium heat. Cook 3-5 minutes on the first side. When the bottom of the patties are golden brown, flip them. Cook 3-5 minutes.
NOTE: I use 'Italian Bread.' This is just like normal white bread, but only 40 calories a slice.
This recipe make 4 sandwiches.
