Ingredients

    1lb ground turkey
    5 cups water
    1 14oz. can diced tomatoes
    4-8oz cans tomato sauce
    2 cups long grain rice
    1 green pepper chopped
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 t. salt
    1 t. pepper

Directions

Brown turkey and add rest of ingredients to pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Add more water as needed for soup consistency.
Serves 8.
