Ingredients

    1 1/2 c. splenda for baking
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp ground gloves
    4 medium eggs
    29 oz pumpkin puree (100% pumpkin)
    24 fl oz evaporated non-fat milk
    2 cup flour
    1.3 cups margarine or low-fat butter product
    1 tsp salt
    4 tbsp cold water

Directions

Crust:

Cut margarine into flour with knives until it is a crumbled mixture. Add water to hold mixture together.

Pie mix:

Beat pumpkin, spices, evaporated milk, eggs, and sugar together until smooth.

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, and 50 minutes at 350.
