Introduction
Adapted from a Betty Crocker recipe for an Italian Pizza Bake. The original recipe made 8 servings, but I halved it since I only cook for my husband and me. Ingredients

1 2/3 cup Heart Smart Bisquick Baking Mix
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup Ragu Light Alfredo sauce
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella
Italian seasoning to taste (optional)
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8x8 glass baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Stir Bisquick and milk together until a soft dough forms. Drop half of dough by spoonfuls over bottom of baking dish (dough WILL NOT cover entire bottom).
3. Drizzle 1/2 cup alfredo sauce over dough. Scatter half of the chicken over sauce, then sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella over chicken.
4. Repeat with more dough and remaining sauce, chicken and cheese. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over top to taste, if desired.
5. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
