Introduction

I love shrimp and noodles, so I thought i'd combine them. I love shrimp and noodles, so I thought i'd combine them.

Ingredients

    Cooked Shrimp
    100 gramms uncooked Noodles
    Low Fat Sour Cream
    1/2 cup Coconut milk

Directions

Cook Noodles "al dente"
in a pan add a teaspoon of olive oil, heat the shrimp, add sour cream and coconut milk, season to taste with salt, pepper, ginger, and garlic. When to sauce is to your liking add the noodles.
Serve.
