Ingredients

Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker or digestive biscuits crumbs
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cake:
1 pound cream cheese
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
4 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mashed bananas (approximately 3 medium bananas
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter, sugar and cinnamon.
3. Blend well.
4. Press the crumb mixture onto the bottom and partly up the sides of a greased 9 inch springform pan.
5. Make sure the crumb mixture is smooth and an even thickness along the bottom of the pan.
6. Bake for 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
7. Cool before filling.
8. In large bowl beat together the cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice.
9. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each.
10. Stir in the sour cream and the mashed bananas and blend well.
11. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and bake for 1 hour.
12. Cool in the oven, with the door propped open, until the cake is at room temperature.
13. Chill.
