Ingredients

Two plum tomatoes - diced. 2 medium stalks celery - rough cut. 1/2 bell pepper, wedge of red cabbage, and handful of ripped chard leaves. Cut everything up, and add to a blender. Squeeze in juice of one lime. Blend, add water to thin to desired consistency.

Directions

Juice will settle to the bottom while roughage floats. You can always strain the roughage just for the pure juice, but then you lose a lot of the fiber.
