    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Semisweet chocolate, .75 cup chips
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .25 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .25 cup
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup
    Butter,melted, .25 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Directions

preheat oven to 350. mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Drop by the teaspoonful on to cookie sheets sprayed lightly with 0 calorie cooking spray to make 24 cookies. bake for 8-11 minutes, or until edges just start to brown. cool on racks, and enjoy!

    O.K.


    These are OK, but they are a bit dry. We added a bit a chili powder to a small part of the batch, and that part was better. They are a bit to sweet for me

    i didn't have brown sugar, so i used corn syrup. and white sugar... and i doubled up on chocolate chips by adding m&ms to the white chocolate chips... and dumped some peanut butter chips in there.... - 5/12/09
