Introduction

This is an easy to make hot cocoa recipe. It makes a little more than 5 qts, so you need a large storage container that's airtight. I figured it at a 1/4 c serviing size and a total recipe of 5 qts, even though it may be a little more. I'd rather err on the side of more calories than too few. Ingredients

12 cups dry milk (a 25.6 oz box)
    1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
30 oz. Nesquik (I tried using sugar free, but it's not as good)
    15 oz. non-dairy creamer

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients. Add 1/4 cup of the cocoa to a regular sized coffee mug, more cocoa for a larger mug. Add hot water (and marshmallow if you'd like).

You can add flavored creamers if you'd like. We once did this for Christmas with several batches and then gave it out in decorated bags as gifts. They come out with limited-time flavors around the Holidays, so it's a chance to try something different.
