Number of Servings: 6


    1 Avacado
    3 Hard Boiled Eggs
    1 C. raw carrots
    1 C. raw Broccoli
    1 C. Raw Cauliflour
    1 C. Cherry Tomatoes
    2 C. Chopped Romaine Lettuce

    1/2 cup of oil and vinegar dressing
    2 teaspoons of Dijon You can add up to 2TBS if needed.


In a bowl add chopped veggies. Cut Avacado in half, take the seed out and cut the avacado in squares. Spoon the avacado out into the bowl. Mix together.

Whisk together Dijon and Oil and Vinegar dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste. Throw together with salad adding sliced eggs on top.
