Ingredients

    * Granulated Sugar, 2 cups
    * Milk, nonfat, 1/2 cup
    * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1/4 cup
    * Land O Lakes, Light Butter, Salted, 1/2 cup
    * Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 3 cup
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Ghirardelli white chocolate chips, 0.5 cup

Directions

Makes approximately 35 medium size cookies.

1. Combine sugar, milk, cocoa, and butter in a large sauce pan.
2. Bring to a boil while stirring & boil for one minute.
3. Take sauce pan off heat and add the oats, vanilla, and salt.
4. Stir well & allow mixture to cool for 1-2 minutes.
5. Stir in white chocolate chips.
6. Place tablespoon sizes of mixture on parchment/wax paper covered cookie sheets.
7. Allow cookies to cool for 45 minutes or until they easily come up off the parchment/wax paper without sticking.
