I used light mayo and fat free sour cream to cut down on the fat. It was very good and would make it again. - 6/7/08

I liked this with wild rice medley. Next time I will try pounding the chicken thinner and more tender, or cut into bite sized pieces. Sure smells delicious as it bakes! - 7/21/08

    Very Good
Great recipe! Also, it is SO QUICK AND EASY. I came home from work and had it in the oven in 10 minutes. I will make it again, but next time I will double the mushrooms, and maybe add something green, like wilted spinach. - 2/3/11
