    1.5 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
    3/4 Cup Sugar Free Apricot Preserves
    1/4 Cup Fat Free French Dressing
    1 Packet Onion Soup Mix


In crock pot stir together preserves, french dressing and onion soup mix. Put chicken on top, spoon some of the sauce over chicken. Cover and cook for 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low. Makes 4-6 servings.

    Made this on 10/4/2012. Substituted 'Savory Herb and Garlic' for the 'Onion Soup' mix. Chicken was very tender, served it over rice. - 10/5/12
