Ingredients

    8oz Chicken Tenderloin
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp ground cumin
    1/4 tsp dried thyme
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/8 tsp onion powder
    1/8 tsp garlic salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350, lightly grease baking sheet, heat cast iron skillet

Mix spices together in a bowl.
In another bowl add olive oil. Rub oil on chicken, dip in spice and place on skillet. Cook for 1 minute per side. Transfer to baking sheet. Place in oven for 5-10 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165
