Ingredients

    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 2 tsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 29 fl oz (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 24 ounces (remove)
    Beans, navy, 1275 grams (remove)
    Monterey Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)

Directions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium to low heat. Slowly cook and stir onion until tender. Mix in the garlic, jalapeno, green chile, cumin, oregano and cayenne. Continue to cook and stir the mixture until tender. Mix in the chicken broth, chickenand white beans. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat, Slowly stir in cheese until melted. Serve.

    This was good! I didn't have any corn, but it was delicious even without it. I also omitted the cheese, but added a big spoonful of sour cream which gave it an extra zip. Will definitely make again. - 4/18/14
