Ingredients

    1 tbsp flour
2 15-oz cans black beans, drained and rinsed
2 10-oz packages frozen whole kernel corn
    1 16-oz jar chunky salsa
1 lbs smoked turkey sausage, sliced
1 cup shredded colby and monterey jack cheese

Directions

Prepare a charcoal or a gas grill to a medium-high heat, or preheat the oven to 450F. Put a large extra heavy duty foil bag in a 1-inch-deep pan.

In a large bowl, stir together the flor, beans, corn, salsa, and sliced sausage. Transfer to the bag and arrange in an even layer. Double fold the bag and seal.

Slide the bag onto the grill or leave it in the pan and place it in the oven. Grill for 20-25 minutes in a covered grill or bake for 50-55 minutes, or until hot.

Hold the bag with oven mitts and cut it open with a knife. Carefully fold back the top of the bag so that steam can escape. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
