    *Lemon Juice, 5 lemon yields (remove)
    Water, tap, 10 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Maple Syrup, 1.25 cup (remove)

Directions

juice the lemons add all the ingredients into a gallon bottle shake and serve

i personally only use half teaspoon of cayenne and when i want to reduce cals further i use less maple syrup.
