Directions

Dice apple and mix all ingredients together.Put in microwave safe bowl. Cook in microwave for 4 minutes ( until apple is tender). Makes one serving.

    Incredible!
    YUM!! I used the carmel popcorn topping instead of the Walden Farms Caramel and could've eaten it just tossing the ingredients before using the microwave. Definitely a good quick snack to satisfy the sweet tooth, and a PERFECT fall desert. - 9/25/12
