This is a great warm soup to have on a cold winter day. This is a great warm soup to have on a cold winter day.
Number of Servings: 10


    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 cup carrots
    1 cup potatoes
    1 cup green beans
    1 cup corn
    1/2 cup diced onions
    1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes
    1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
    1 15 oz can of water
    1 tbsp dried parsley
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 tsp dried oregano
    2 small beef bouillon cubes (If you use 15 oz of beef stock or broth you can omit the water and bouillon cubes)


Brown beef and drain - you can add the onions when you brown the meat if you want. Toss everything into a crock pot - stir a bit every now and then. Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
