    1 1/4 C graham crackers, crushed
    3 T Sugar
    3 T butter or margarine, melted
    1 egg white ( can use egg sub.


Combine crackers, sugar, and butter. Add egg white. Mix. Press mixture onto the bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Cool before filling. Serves 8.
