So happy you were smarter than me and actually wrote this down because it's no longer on the packages of the Archer Farm's gnocchi! I would just like to emphasize that you MUST wait until the gnocchi turns a golden brown. It makes a HUGE difference! Thanks again! - 8/1/11

Nice quick, easy use for gnocchi-- just what I needed for tonight's dinner. I added a little white wine at the end, after browning the gnocchi, for a little added taste. - 3/28/10

Love this recipe. Easy to vary. I threw in some baked breaded chicken cut into bite size pieces, spinach, sliced zucchini, squash, and mushrooms. Also added a little black pepper and added some white wine at the end. I had to make 2 batches. Everyone in my house devoured it and wanted more. - 4/15/21
